Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support designated business units in developing talent solutions that support business strategies and operational plans. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and has experience in HR, with a focus on development, engagement, motivation, and retention of people.

Requirements

• Supports current and future business needs through collaboration with designated business leaders
• Plans and leads core HR processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Leverages strong business acumen to analyze and report out on relevant business unit HR metrics and people trends
• Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning, succession, and talent development needs
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
• Partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development team members
• Work alongside HR Director/Vice President to research, develop, create, and implement HR strategies and practices
