Safety Manager

D2B Groups is seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Manager to lead our client's safety initiatives across various projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program, including policies, procedures, and training sessions.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at job sites, identifying hazards and implementing corrective measures.
• Lead safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and suggesting improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards.
• Work with the management team to set safety goals and evaluate safety performance metrics.
• Act as a safety consultant to project teams, providing expert advice on safety-related matters.
