Safety Manager

DCI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to oversee and enhance workplace safety programs. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, developing and implementing safety policies, and fostering a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead safety training sessions for employees and ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Travel regionally and nationwide to support culture building, safety initiatives, site inspections, and training.
• Manage care plans and coordinate communications with insurance companies.
• Coordinate debrief sessions to determine and apply lessons learned.
• Develop and oversee emergency response plans, including fire safety, first aid, and evacuation procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and represent the company during safety inspections.
