Job Description
Sets up and tends to mold for press machines, performs sample runs, inspects and cleans mold, and conducts tests to ensure part quality.
Requirements
- Perform all operations and functions for Liquid Injection Press’s, tooling and supporting equipment.
- Read job travelers to determine molding specifications and tooling instructions.
- Inspect mold(s) for defects and cleanliness.
- Create SOP’s and Work Instructions as needed
- Apply LEAN Methodology to drive continual improvement of processes and product quality.
