We are seeking an Outbound Manager to coordinate and steer the strategic orientation of our long-distance transport, export, and dispatch departments. The successful candidate will lead a team, plan and implement process flows, and ensure economic implementation of transports. Good communication and leadership skills are essential.
Requirements
- Business administration studies with a focus on logistics or comparable further education
- Fundamental professional experience in the forwarding industry
- Leadership experience
- Good English skills (level B2)
- Proficiency in MS-Office, M365, and IT applications
- Good conversation and communication skills
- Developed social competence and assertiveness
- Team-oriented and structured working style
