Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a warehouse team of around 10 commercial employees and shape the logistics of tomorrow with us.
Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics professional
- Completed vocational training as a logistics professional
- Relevant work experience in the logistics industry is required
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid forklift license, safe handling of forklifts
- Ideally also with reach trucks in high-rack storage
- Experience in handling warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Good MS-Office knowledge
- Structured working style with a total overview for smooth processes
- Interest in shaping and developing internal working processes
