We are looking for a Team Leader (m/w/d) to lead the logistics team, with a focus on operative leadership, warehouse processes, and material flow coordination. Profound understanding of logistics processes and numbers is required. German and English language skills are essential.

Requirements

• Vocational training in the logistics sector
• Experience in warehouse/logistics processes and in leading employees for at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• High communication skills, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and solution-oriented thinking
• Willingness to work shifts
• Very good knowledge of German and English
