Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our Residential team in Bellevue, WA office, with experience in low-density and single-family residential projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coordinating project efforts, administrative and technical, through all phases of development
- Experience with low-density and single-family residential projects
- Completion of Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
- Ability to use project management tools for project initiation, planning, billings, and tracking labor
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
