Project Architect - Residential job seeking a technically skilled, design-driven architect to lead project documentation, solve design challenges, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality low-density residential work.
Requirements
- Lead QA/QC reviews of project documentation
- Take the lead on architectural assignments for moderate to complex residential projects
- Perform analysis of design, planning, and layout solutions
- Provide architectural consultation from Schematic Design through permitting and Construction Administration
- Mentor staff and provide technical guidance to elevate their professional growth
