The HR Expert - HR Reporting & Data Governance role is responsible for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving HR data and reporting processes across EMEA. The role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations, enabling reliable analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI and proficiency in HR data systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Successfactors, Workday).
- Experience with automation and process optimization is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to reporting, data governance, and process improvement.
- Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
