We are looking for a new colleague to be part of our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE). As the HR expert for Strategic Workforce Planning you will design and implement strategic methodologies for workforce planning across EMEA.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience as HR consultant, HR advisor and Change Agent in project management.
- Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
