The Senior Human Resources Director will be responsible for the total DFO Employee lifecycle, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The position manages the day-to-day operations of the department, including a small team and serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for all leveraged employee life cycle matters.
Requirements
- At least 15+ years of HR generalist experience with at least 7 years in a strategic managerial role
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with senior stakeholders, program design/management and change management
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgment
