Job Description
The Dallas Zoo's Advancement Division is seeking a Corporate and Foundation Giving Coordinator to support the organization's mission of engaging people and saving wildlife. The role involves grant writing, fundraising strategy development, partnership stewardship, impact reporting, and donor communication. This administrative position reports directly to the Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Write communications, letters of intent, and proposals.
- Maintain a library of impact statistics and donor information.
- Prepare and submit stewardship reports and impact reports.
- Assist with compliance procedures and track expenditures.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain donor records in Tessitura CRM.
- Assist with event logistics.
- Lead donor tours/site visits.
