Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to represent customer interface in the quality non-conformity management, ensure continuous support to manage product quality issues in plant and at customer premises if needed.
Requirements
- Represent customer interface in the quality non-conformity management
- Represent customer interface during the PPAP process of new products and manage product/process modification on current products until final customer approval is released
- Represent customer interface during Process Audits in the production plants
- Manage quality non-conformities according to customer specific requirements, ensuring to meet required timing
- Collect in a systematic way the quality non-conformities both coming from assembly lines and from the customer
- Contribute to define, in collaboration with other functions, corrective and preventive actions needed to eliminate non-conformities
- Manage the corrective and preventive actions implementation, by monitoring their efficacy
- Monitor the product performance (scrap %) to highlight main issues to the other functions in order to support the resolution
- Ensure the correct implementation of Quality System procedures in agreement with IATF standard
- Warranty and 0-km KPI and costs management
