- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling recruiting teams
- Experience hiring both in North America and internationally
- Deep expertise in recruiting for growing sales functions
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and bias for action
- A strategic, data-driven approach to recruiting
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a true partner to hiring managers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and a curiosity for trying new technologies
