Senior Product Manager, Design Systems

Dandy is hiring a Senior/Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our Doctor-Facing Design Interface. This is a high-impact, technical role focused on bridging the gap between our sophisticated internal CAD software and a seamless, high-fidelity experience for the dentist.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations
• The ability to take a complex, internal-only technical tool and strip away the 'noise' to create a simplified, powerful experience for a non-technical expert (the Doctor)
• High bias-to-action and the ability to thrive in hyper-growth environments
• Clinical empathy and a desire to spend time in dental offices understanding how a doctor wants to interact with a digital restorative
