Senior Manager, Product Design - Clinical Experience and Growth

We're hiring a Senior Product Design Manager to lead our Clinical Experience and Growth design teams. This role will manage designers working across two critical areas of the Dandy platform: Clinical Experience and Growth. As the design leader for these areas, you’ll be responsible for building and supporting a team of product designers, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders, and ensuring that the experiences we deliver are thoughtful, scalable, and grounded in real clinical workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years leading or managing product designers
• Experience guiding teams through complex product areas, resulting in designs that had impacts against company goals and KRs
• Strong product thinking and ability to partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmap direction
• Demonstrated ability to coach designers and help them grow their craft, strategic thinking, and autonomy
• Experience balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous problem spaces and help teams move toward clarity
