Account Manager

Danfoss is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic Construction and Material Handling sales team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving profitable growth, cultivating strong customer relationships, and championing the voice of the customer within our organization.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent years of direct industry experience in hydraulics.
• 3-5 years of proven success in a technical sales role, preferably within the construction / off-highway, or a related industry.
• A high degree of self-motivation, determination, and resilience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both B2B clients and internal colleagues.
• Experience working effectively in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization.
