Job Description
Support daily production operations and strengthen manufacturing process stability and efficiency as an MT Engineer.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of process optimization and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, or CPK
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in Polish and English
