Job Description
As a Production Engineer at Danfoss, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality production processes. You will support product development and process improvements that directly impact daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within production, quality, or process engineering roles
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing principles
- Professional proficiency in English and very good Polish language skills
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
