Project Manager Manufacturing Technology - Systems will shape how Danfoss standardizes and digitalizes manufacturing systems across the globe. The role will define and implement global manufacturing system standards, lead and support global system projects, develop and optimize operator guidance, traceability, and database solutions, and collaborate closely with production sites, IT, automation teams, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing systems, production technology, or industrial digitalization
• Hands-on knowledge of MES/MOM, production IT systems, and databases
• Background in manufacturing environments such as assembly, hydraulic testing, or automation-driven production
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and manage complex technical stakeholders in English
