Collaborate with management and Business Units to define customer-focused sales initiatives and manage escalations efficiently to maintain strong customer relationships and drive business continuity.
Requirements
- Educational background in Mechanical or Business Engineering or a related field.
- Account Management experience in a medium- or large structured company, preferably within the mobile hydraulic off highway sector.
- Detailed experience in Sales & Marketing and/or product management/ Engineering.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with OEMs.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to market share growth, even in competitive environments.
- Ability to thrive in a global and culturally diverse work environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively across different languages and cultures.
- Exhibit a high level of negotiation, presentation, opportunity management and result-orientation skills
- Technical understanding of hydraulic applications is a plus
- Digital Tools experience (e.g. Sales Force) is a plus
