Requirements

• Experience from B2B sales, account management, business development, or solution sales within technology, consulting, software, or services
• Documented ability to build pipelines and close complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers
• Strong commercial understanding within scope, pricing, offers, and contract negotiations
• Ability to engage a broad range of customers, build relationships at the C-level, and create long-term customer value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
