Prelitigation Attorney

At Daniel Stark, we're a plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking a Prelitigation Attorney to join our team. As a Prelitigation Attorney, you will work on great cases for exceptional clients, keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies, and fight for them to get their lives back on track. We're looking for someone with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, state bar certification in Texas, and 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking
