Prelitigation Attorney

We are seeking a Prelitigation Attorney to join our team at Daniel Stark, a plaintiff personal injury law firm with over 25 years of experience. As a Prelitigation Attorney, you will work with clients to discover and develop their story, bring your 'A' game to every case, and provide exemplary customer service. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• State bar certification in Texas
• 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multitasking
• Organizational skills and planning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
