Enterprise Solutions Architect

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to support a company's strategic growth objectives. This role focuses on integrating and optimizing the company's ERP system and proprietary applications portfolio, particularly for the medical waste management operations. The architect will lead the development of a bespoke enterprise system tailored to the needs of this sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Professional architecture certifications (TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent) highly desirable
• Relevant industry certifications in enterprise technologies (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or senior technical roles
• Proven experience with ERP systems implementation, customization, and integration
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience with both traditional and cloud-based enterprise architectures
• Deep knowledge of system design, software architecture, and integration methods
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in vendor management and technology procurement processes
