Job Description
The Field Service Hazardous Waste Trainer ensures field employees are properly trained to safely and compliantly perform hazardous waste services for customers. This role delivers handsāon instruction, reinforces safety and regulatory standards, and strengthens technical capability across the national Field Service Team.
Requirements
- Create, deliver, and maintain high-quality training programs
- Track and manage training schedule
- Evaluate Field Service Representatives at customer sites
- Review current practices around field service
- Evaluate position descriptions for hazardous waste technicians
- Work collaboratively with other teams
- Be the primary resource for hazardous waste field services responsibilities
- Ability to perform field-based evaluations on staff competency
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external customers
