Job Description
Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a highly motivated Transportation Coordinator to support a transportation team with daily administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining communication, tracking driver activity, creating manifests, ensuring compliance, and assisting with logistics improvements. The position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience of Transportation Support and/or dispatch experience
- At least 6 months of box truck driving experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good understanding of transportation/logistics practices and procedures
- Knowledge of best practices for customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Willingness to be a strong team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
