Job Description
Lead with purpose. Drive logistics excellence. Make healthcare safer. We're seeking a hands-on Transportation Supervisor to lead our driver team at our medical waste treatment facility in Litchfield, IL.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a transportation management or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safety compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours as needed
- Proven experience improving processes and reducing operational costs
- Ability to safely load, block, and secure cargo
