Culture Filler Operator-Night Shift

Darigold is seeking a Filling and Packaging Operator for their aseptic Sidel filling line. The ideal candidate will be motivated and desire to be a member of a self-activating team that works safely and drives quality on the production line.

Requirements

• Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation
• Organization of Storage and Filling Area
• Loading packaging inputs to the filler/blower
• Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area
• Testing and Inspecting, Quality Assurance
• Safe, efficient operation of the Sidel Filling and Packaging Line machines and equipment
• Inspecting and monitoring the filling process ensuring proper machine operation
• Maintaining and monitoring weights and measures; ensuring proper code markings and labelling
• Maintaining and monitoring any required inventory necessary to the filling and packaging process
• Maintaining organization of the work area and perform ongoing cleaning tasks
• Cleaning and sanitizing the filler and associated equipment as required
• Assisting Maintenance team members in routine maintenance and repairs
• Collecting information and completing any required production reports accurately
• Maintaining efficiency standards set for the operating area
