As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Darwin AI, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue growth through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role in a tech environment
- Proven track record of success in both outbound and inbound lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Bilingual (Portuguese and Spanish) is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
- High level of resilience, persistence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in SaaS solutions
