USA Mortgage is 100% employee owned and is committed to providing a great place to work. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering HR initiatives, providing consultation and support to managers and employees, and maintaining HRIS/employee data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Approachable and trustworthy demeanor
- Self-motivated, capable decision-maker with strong time management and organizational skills
