Job Description
Dashlane is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help support their growing EU customer base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hungry to learn, and thrive in a fast-changing environment. The role will involve managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts, driving EU-based accounts, leading onboarding and renewals, leveraging AI for efficiency, and collaborating globally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Business level fluency in English required
- Proven experience managing renewals and leading pricing/contract negotiations
