Maintenance Technician

Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions, and assists in monitoring the grounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three years' related experience and/or training
• HVAC Certification preferred, but not required
