Client Advocate

The Client Advocate I supports the day-to-day management of client’s business activities, internal job production SLA monitoring, invoicing, and reporting. They plan and strategize with management on client business direction, partner with the Client Operations Team to monitor daily print production, and manage client projects from data processing to invoicing and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience in client services, project planning, and strategic planning
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel) and Jira/confluence
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
