Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security requirements
- Strong track record building and managing high-performing teams
- Proven success driving cross-functional security initiatives and influencing leaders without direct authority
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
