Engineering Manager, IAM and Trust & Safety

Calendly is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Trust & Safety and Identity & Access Management engineering teams, responsible for shaping the platform's security and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a people leader within a platform engineering organization
• Domain expertise with customer-facing Identity & Access Management (IAM) And/Or Trust & Safety
• Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of design of detection and prevention systems
• Experience building, operating, and maintaining high-traffic, high-availability platforms and systems
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, changing requirements, and evolving organizational needs
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
