Manager, Field Engineering Italy

As a Field Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers in Italy, partnering with the sales organization to drive revenue and coaching sales and pre-sales teams to work together.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of successful Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals
• Experience in consumption based business environments
• Experience mentoring and scaling technical teams
• Success in instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency and product focus
• Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional leaders
• Passionate about data and AI market and Cloud software models and being able to deliver a strong POV on the value of Databricks solutions
• Technical or consulting background either in Data Engineering, Database technologies or Data Science
• Strong communication skills. Italian native-speaker and fluent in English.
