MBA Intern - People Analytics

At Databricks, we are passionate about helping data teams solve the world's toughest problems. As a People Analytics MBA intern, you’ll drive insights and impact across our People (HR) function and all of Databricks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation date in Spring 2027
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, People Analytics, Management Consulting, or a highly analytical operations role
• Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and a strong grasp of SQL
• Ability to recognize and effectively navigate ambiguity with limited direction
• Ability to identify data gaps in operational processes and propose solutions to close them
