MBA Intern - Commercial Transformation

As a Commercial Transformation intern, you will join our world-class Commercialization team to work on systems and process improvements that make it easier to launch, sell, and scale Databricks products and partner programs. You will lead high-impact projects, drive strategic projects, inform high-stakes decisions, communicate with clarity, enable the field, and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Graduate from an MBA program in Spring 2027
• 3-5 years of previous professional experience in management consulting, operations, systems projects, product/program management, or related fields
• Advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous business problems and design efficient processes with limited guidance
• Excellent, structured communication skills
• Highly organized and reliable
• Strong interest in enterprise software/SaaS commercialization, operations, systems, and go-to-market strategy
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and experience using AI productivity tools
