As a Senior Workforce Intelligence Manager with Databricks, you'll drive insights and impact across the People (HR) function and all of Databricks. You'll shape our infrastructure, build and scale analytics tools, and craft models aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale research and analytics projects with/for People/HR functions
- Master's or PhD in a field related to workforce research and analytics
- Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Databricks AI/BI, Tableau, PowerBI), analytics and modeling, and a strong grasp of SQL
- Business Acumen: ability to identify data gaps in operational processes and systems designs, and propose solutions to close them
- Clear Communicator: ability to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations
