Senior Workforce Intelligence Manager

Senior Workforce Intelligence Manager drives insights and impact across People (HR) function and all of Databricks. Develops and enhances data foundation, designs and executes complex analyses, and supports users to effectively interpret and act on workforce insights.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a field related to workforce research and analytics
• 10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale research and analytics projects
• Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g., Databricks AI/BI, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Analytics and modeling, and a strong grasp of SQL
