The Senior Engagement Manager is a trusted advisor within the Professional Services organization to account teams and customers in the Digital Native Business (DNB) vertical for successful implementation and value realization.
Requirements
- 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
- 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
- Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
- Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
