Job Description
The Senior Business Consultant will deliver Professional Consulting outcomes following Datascape Implementation Methodology to Datacom's customers throughout New Zealand and Australia, implementing the Datascape ERP solution for customers within the Local Government market.
Requirements
- Council experience in Rates processing or Building and Planning functions
- Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and solution delivery
- System administration or hands on configuration experience
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, quality improvements and outcomes
- Exceptional corporate presentation skills and strong people engagement ability
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, negotiation and organisation skills
- A teamwork approach, always willing to share your knowledge to benefit others
- Previous ERP vendor experience
