Requirements
- Council experience, particularly in Rates processing or Building and Planning functions
- Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and solution delivery
- System administration or hands-on configuration experience
- Excellent corporate presentation skills and strong people engagement ability
- Previous ERP vendor experience
