Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration of our internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. The successful candidate will define the target architecture, design integrations and data flows, drive data migration strategy, and work with stakeholders to deliver a scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations
- Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations); hands-on configuration and development experience
- Strong experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation
- Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable) and solid ITIL/enterprise process knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder, workshop and communication skillsâable to influence senior leadership and technical teams
- Experience establishing governance, CI/CD and source-control for ServiceNow development
- 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles, with evidence of delivering business outcomes from platform changes
