Solution Architect | ServiceNow

We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration of our internal IT service management platform to ServiceNow. The successful candidate will define the target architecture, design integrations and data flows, and work with stakeholders to deliver a scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow Solution Architect experience leading enterprise migrations or large-scale platform implementations.
• Deep knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB/Discovery, ITOM, ITSM integrations); hands-on configuration and development experience.
• Strong experience with data migration: discovery tools, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation.
• Solid integration architecture skills: REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO, webhooks, message queuing patterns.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or higher, CIS, CIS-ITOM desirable) and solid ITIL/enterprise process knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder, workshop and communication skills—able to influence senior leadership and technical teams.
• Experience establishing governance, CI/CD and source-control for ServiceNow development.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles, with evidence of delivering business outcomes from platform changes.
