GTM Strategy/Operations Associate - Dublin

The GTM Strategy/Operations Associate will work with sales leaders and global partners to improve GTM processes across EMEA, using AI tools to analyze data and drive change. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, localizing global policies, and supporting the rhythm of business. Key responsibilities include data preparation, automation, and project management. The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, management consulting, or a similar field, with strong analytical skills and comfort using modern AI tools.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, management consulting, banking, analytics, or a similar analytical field
• Experience working with go-to-market teams (e.g. Sales, CS, Marketing)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights
• Comfort using modern AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
