Job Description
The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Development & AI will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization & GTM AI. The role will play a pivotal role in driving impact for our global SDR organization and defining our GTM AI roadmap. This is an especially exciting time to join the team, as we actively test and deploy new AI-driven solutions across the Sales organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting, investment banking/equity research, or a similar role
- Deep passion for AI and experience working with Sales or SDR teams
- Interest in GTM AI innovation and builder mindset
- Creative problem solving and strategic thinking
- Quantitative analysis and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for senior stakeholders
- Ownership and ability to take responsibility for outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams
