IT Support Technician Intern

We're looking for IT support interns to join Datadog's Enterprise IT organization. As part of this team, you'll work alongside IT professionals to troubleshoot issues, support employee onboarding and offboarding, manage SaaS applications, and help maintain the infrastructure that internal teams rely on every day.

Requirements

• Graduate in 2026 with a degree in IT, Communications, or a related field
• Passionate about technology and eager to learn
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple devices
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or other SaaS applications
